What is RelishONE?
RelishONE is a Membership Network created to allow you enjoy pleasant experiences more often for less. You get to access to the privilege to save as much as 10% and up to 50% of your spending at our partner establishments (such as Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs Bars and Lounges, Salons and Spas). From your first visit and on every visit, that bill could instantly drop by as much as 50% just because you can show you are a member. How much will joining the network cost?
An annual membership can be gotten for ₦55,000.00 which is much less that you stand to benefit. We give you close to 3 months free for taking the full year membership rather than half

How do I get the discount?
1. Choose the establishment you wish to visit at by looking through our directory, website or calling Customer Services. 2. Go and Enjoy the service (present your membership card when you come to pay and get the discount!) 3. Smile as the price drops, then let your friends see all the fun you've had. 4. If you send us your receipts (either by email to the member's email account, Facebook or Twitter etc) there is more to gain.

Is there a trial membership?
Yes, you may choose to take up a Semi-Annual membership for ₦35,000.00 which lasts for 6 months. But bear in mind that you will save more over the course of a year with an annual membership.

How do I log into the site
To log in to our website and view offer details, you must be a member. If you are a member but are unable to log in, please click the "log in" button at the top right of the page, enter your membership number, and follow the instructions.

How do I apply for a RelishONE membership?
You can apply online at www.relishone.ng/membershipPlan , or by contacting our Membership Services team from www.relishone.ng/customerService . You would need to buy a membership and an account can be created as part of the process.

Do you have a Family Membership option?

Will I be able to access my privilege discount prices as soon as I've joined?
Once you've completed the joining process and you have received your personalized RelishONE Membership Card, you may use your membership card which allows you instant access to many establishment and services. Your physical membership card – which is accepted at all the establishments in our program – will be with you in less than 10 days, usually in 3.

When will I receive my membership card?
Your RelishONE membership card should be received in less than 10 days. Meanwhile, you can start planning your first usage of the card during the short wait.

I haven't received my membership card. What should I do?
Your RelishONE membership card should normally have arrived within 10 days of your order (or request for a replacement card). Delivery time varies dependent on your location. If you still have not received it, contact Customer Services
Payment and Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept local Visa and MasterCards online, we also accept Bank Transfers (online or physically by bank deposit), in some locations we also accept payment on delivery. We may accept cheques
Rewards and R-Points

Can my R-Points be transferred to my next membership year?
Yes, as long as your membership is renewed before the expiry of the existing one, you will not lose the R-Points you have earned so far. This point retention is something you don't get with many other loyalty programs which may force you to use your card or lose your points.

Can I trade R-Points (buy, sell or give away)?
You may be able to transfer R-Points to another member depending on the circumstance, You may also be able to purchase R-Points, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance with this relishone.ng/customerService.

Can I view my R-Points history online?
If you want your information recorded and have sent us receipts, you will be able to see what R-Points you have earned and how you earned them.

What is an R-Point
R-Points are the additional benefits of being a RelishONE member. Not only do you save instantly on your bills, but when you engage with our company there is more we want to offer you exclusively. Think f it as the little extra we want to give you for being there.

How do I earn R-Points?
You can earn R-Points by carrying out certain activities. Mainly by communicating with us, when you use your membership (communicating by sending receipts to us via email or social media) , or letting others know by taking photos and tagging us. Sharing links of our establishments, and by inviting other who you deem worthy of the privileges to join.

I am a member, how do I get my questions answered?
You can email us via our members only email address. Please add your membership number in the message, and use the email address you registered with, this is for security reasons so we know it is you.
Managing Your Membership

How do I renew my RelishONE membership?
You may renew your membership online, or Contact your regional Customer Services center, relishone.ng/customerService, for support with renewing your membership. Please include your membership number when you contact us.

How do I update my personal details?
You may be able to update certain details online through your RelishONE online account. Log in and access the Dashboard and then click Profile and then Edit on the right-hand side. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Services team, relishone.ng/customerService.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my membership?
You may change at the end of your membership and buy a longer or shorter term membership but you are not able to change during the membership term. Our Customer Services team will be happy to guide you through changing your membership before the end of your current membership term. It's not possible to change plans during your membership term (you will forfeit the unused period if you do).

How do I make a complaint?

How do I unsubscribe from a membership communication?

How do I cancel my membership?
Contact our Customer Services team, relishone.ng/customerService. Please have your membership number to hand when you call.

What happens if my membership card has been lost or stolen?
Lost, stolen or damaged RelishONE membership cards should be reported immediately to our Customer Services team, who will provide you with a replacement membership card, issued within 3 working days. You may be required to make a payment depending on the circumstances of the loss or theft. Please contact our Customer Services Team for more information.
Using Your Membership Card

Can I use my RelishONE membership with guests?
Some establishments allow as long as you are the sole bill payer. You may not split the bill and use your cards for discounts. Remember also your card is to be used by only you.

Can my membership card be used by someone else?
No. The RelishONE membership card is non-transferable. When you come to pay, you may be asked at random to show additional identification for security reasons to ensure cards are not transferred or abused. Please remember this is for security reasons and comply.

Can I access these benefits without my membership card?
Access to the benefits of your membership is only possible on presentation of a valid RelishONE membership card. We strongly recommend you always carry your card with you alongside other forms of identity.

How do I use my Membership Card?
The RelishONE Membership Card provides access to the many benefits of RelishONE. So please carry your RelishONE membership card whenever you are out and about (Make a home for it in your Purse or wallet). Visit one of our Partner establishments and let them know you are a RelishONE member (and show your membership card) before your bill is produced and you will be offered discounted service.

Do I need to activate my membership card?
You don't need to activate your RelishONE membership card. We operate a verification system where the card does not need activation but you will need to activate your online account to earn R-Points.

Can I take guests with me to an establishment using my membership card?
You can invite friends or guests to join you. They will get to experience the benefits of your membership and some of our partner establishments allow you to discount their meals or services used as well if you are the host funding the experience. If you are denied benefits for any reason, please note the person who refused it and the day, date and time of the visit. It should be mentioned to establishments manager before leaving. And then contact our Customer Service team via Phone or email and we will take it up on your behalf.

How do I find out where there's an establishment I can use?
Up-to-date details of places to use your memberships are on our webiste: relishone.ng/home/view_all or use the search function.

Why have I been denied access to a benefit on the RelishONE program?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes establishments may impose restrictions based on capacity, to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. This should never be excluding RelishONE members alone but to anyone, thus if you feel you as a RelishONE member have been singled out, please ensure you get the name of the staff member refusing you along with details of the reason and let us know.

Do I need to make a reservation to access benefits?
As a RelishONE Member you don't need to book your visit. Simply present your card to the staff on arrival or when you need to pay. Please check the partner information on our website before your visit to confirm opening times and facilities available.

What is your guest policy?
You're welcome to take guests with you to an establishment. You'll able to get the benefits if you are the host footing the bill otherwise they will need to pay their charge in full. The number of accompanying guests allowed varies by establishment, so please check before your visit, using our website.

Can I take children into the establishment?
Yes you may if the establishment is age appropriate for kids, and you are hosting and footing the bill, their meals will be discounted as well.

Are the establishments actually run by RelishONE?
No. Establishments on the RelishONE program are managed by third party suppliers who are our partners.
